Everything we use is full of vitamins, antioxidants and deep conditioning agents that will protect your hair and make it look it’s best! Also, I LOVE being a FAMILY hairdresser! There is something so special to me about being able to serve families! So if your partner, children, parent, sister or best friend needs a hairstylist too, bring them with you! (I love referrals, but I already have a FULL clientele* so please be patient when trying to book for the first time) TEXT IS BEST: I have small children and a large family, so chances are, if I am not with you, I am with them or with other clients. I promise, I will try my best to give you 100% of my focus while you are in my chair, so please have grace with me on getting back to you! (If I haven’t responded in a while, it’s ok to nudge me! My attention is all over the place!) Salon Policies Customer Service: You, as a client of the salon, are very important to us, and we want you to have a pleasurable experience. If you have any question or concerns, please don’t hesitate to let us know In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a $20 fee. In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 25% of the missed service. Two or more missed appointments will result in an online booking ban. Pricing: Pricing is based on time, hair length and product used to perform each service. Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your particular hair needs. If you are having difficulty finding an ideal opening, feel free to text me about your booking availability, and I will be happy to see if I can find a spot for you! I highly recommend pre-booking. This means, book your next appointment before you leave, to ensure you have an ideal spot. New Customers: I am blessed to have a full clientele! I am always accepting great new customer referrals, however don’t be surprised if it takes some time to get on my appointment book, as most upcoming time slots are already full. Consultations: Consultations alone are no longer free as a standalone service, due to time constraints. However, consultations are included at the beginning of every service! Our Service Guarantee: It is our goal is that every guest walks out the door feeling nothing less than WOW. We are willing to go above and beyond to make this happen. Please let us know during your appointment, if you are not satisfied with your hair. If you have a minor adjustment concern, we will be happy to honor it within the first 2 weeks after your appointment. If you are highly unsatisfied, we are willing to provide you with a full service refund, equivalent to the value of the service. When you opt to receive a monetary refund, we kindly ask that you do not return to our salon and your information will be removed from our future contacts. If something does go wrong we appreciate the opportunity to make it right.
